Review Eligibility

Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Items marked as Final Sale or intimate apparel are not eligible for return.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

Package and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
